Preferred room and roommate description

Hello, I currently have a bedroom for rent in the North Garland area of Dallas Texas. It is a nice neighborhood and I have not had any problems here during the time I have been here. The bedroom I have is currently furnished with a full sized bed, dresser, desk, walk in closet, and you have access to the jack and jill bathroom directly from the room. If other space is needed I have another walk in closet that could be used for a small storage space in the other spare bedroom at the moment. I would also allow the tenant to use the alcove off from the actual living room to setup their own TV area that they could use to play games or watch DVDs on, Currently there is a sofe seat and some bookcases there because this is what my former roommate used the area for. Other than that I would allow access to the other side of my 2 car garage and if you wanted to keep groceries seperate I have a 2nd refrigerator you could use.
