Preferred room and roommate description

This is a "homey" place for you to call your home and relax and be comfortable. I have a bedroom with attached small living room with shared full bath at end of hall, all utilities paid, Directv included, and hi-speed internet access included for rent of $550/ Fans in both rooms. The rooms are located upstairs and completely private and quiet. You would share the large bath with a very nice young man who rents another room. We would share kitchen (refrigerator space/ freezer space and cabinet space provided for you) and laundry room. Of course, dishes, pots & pans are for your use. Age and ethnic background not important. Just want someone to help with the rent. I have two dogs and a cat but they are not allowed upstairs where your rooms are located. The dogs only bark to warn me if someone is at the door or outside - otherwise they are quiet. I am easy going, hard working, and love people. If you want your privacy, you got it. If you want to come downstairs to the big living room and chat. You got it. I am a Christian lady and would really like it if you were too but if you are not - that is between you and the Lord. I have a large fenced in back yard with producing pear trees. This is a nice two story house located in a nice neighborhood off of Centerville in Garland near Route 66/LBJ Frwy/ Firewheel/George Bush and I-30. From here it is easy access to just about any part of Dallas/Richardson/Addison/Plano/Mesquite, etc. I am looking for a non-smoker but if you smoke outside that is ok. I am also looking for someone who doesn't drink, and doesn't do drugs. If you have pets that is fine as long as you care for them and clean up after them. Responsible male or female.
