We have a very nice bedroom to rent in a beautiful 2 story non smoke/non pet house, in a very beautiful, relaxing green area on a golf course. The room is on the second floor of the house. The second floor is currently not in use, so basically the tenant will have the whole floor to herself/himself. The tenant will have - Own bathroom & closet - New Carpet (!) - Wireless high speed (fiber) internet (for an additional $15 a month) - Cable & phone jacks are available - Separate refrigerator available - Access to the beautiful big pool & tennis courts (ask for pictures & details) - Washer & dryer available in the house - Some restaurants are in walking distance (Olive Garden, Outback, Texas Road House) - Some restaurants are in half of a mile from the house (IHOP, 2 Rows, Dickeys Barbeque , Panda Express & so on) - In 1 mile Life time Fitness (really nice one) The house is - 1 mile from Super Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club, Super Target, Michaels, Kroger. - 2 miles from Albertsons, Kohl’s, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Big Lots, Tuesday Morning, Hancock Fabric, Hobby lobby. - 1.5 miles from mall (Firewheel Town Center - 1.5 miles from park with bike trail & pond (Breckenridge park) - 0,5 mile from golf club house. We’ll need a small $300 deposit which is fully refundable. We’ll also need to run a background check for security. You must be responsible, clean and respectful. Female senior preferred. No pets preferred.
