WE ARE GAY PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS HOUSE VERY RESPECTFULL
This is a 4 room house and we are all Gay male from 30 to 45 y/o living in here thats why we prefer male person for our room is all utilities included and I am asking for 300.00 deposit if you like the area you have to take a look we are very clean people and we are looking for another clean roommate so if you are not clean person this room is not for you, straight or gay it is ok but need to be male open mind we don't like drama.
We are in Garden Grove close to the Holiday Inn Express on Garden Grove Blvd and Haster and we are one block away from 22 fwy and two miles from the block.
We love pets but not inside the house sorry and room is unfurnish, talk to you soon.
