Preferred room and roommate description
Looking to be a roommate to 1 gay male who owns (mortgage/or outright) a House. I have a dog that's almost 2, she is a Lab mix (short hair). I am looking for a house with a fenced yard. I am retired military (so I get a check every month) and I'm looking for a job. I would prefer someone who would like to go out once in a while for dinner or drinks or other activities (do not want an alcoholic or druggie). I am not a neat freak nor am I a slob. This will be long term (unless I win the lottery) because I moved a lot in the military and I'm tired of moving. Let's meet over coffee and see if we can get along. If you have specific questions don't be afraid to ask. I'm an easy going person. Hope to hear from you. Would like a month's time to move in because I want to give a 30 day notice so I don't screw my current roommate.
