Nice quiet place (fully furnished) to Rent in Staten Island. Bus is a 5 minute walk away and is the last stop in SI. The following stop is in Manhattan when taking express buses. Parking is available on street (no alternate side parking is in effect in the neighborhood). Big living room, full kitchen, backyard, community pool, washer/dryer, has a nice sized sliding door closet, central air/heat, internet included.
About Us:
We are both recently out of school. Both studied Backstage Theater Arts and are looking to have careers in our field. I (James) work at Blue Man group in NYC, and Chantal currently works in a lighting shop. We are both very laid back and enjoy watching movies and eating dinners on our balcony.
