Preferred room and roommate description
I would like to have someone live here for a long time who ends up being a good friend but the lease is only month to month. I prefer it that way so that either party can end the lease if they are not happy. I have no pets and do not smoke. I am 45, straight, looking for a straight, clean, dependable, non-drama oriented roommate to help pay for part of the utilities. Male or female are ok. The house has a jacuzzi/chef's kitchen/many upgrades. There is wireless internet/router if you have a wireless card in your computer. The house has a fax and many extras. The room is semi-furnished because I have some extra furniture for it. The utilities are relatively low...high efficiency house. The house has cobblestone RV parking.....a huge parking area near the house.
