Preferred room and roommate description

I need to sublease my room in my apartment, room A, AS SOON AS POSSIBLE preferably by december 1st. The room includes a wooden desk-large set of wooden drawers-wooden tv stand w. large drawer and shelf in it. Also, a window and a good sized closet, and it comes with a bed. The room is very nice and I was able to fit a lot in it, and the main areas of the apartment are very cute and decorated by my room mates, who are trustworthy and friendly girls who are students, like me, at the University of North Texas. University Courtyards in Denton is the name of the complex, and the lease ends this coming August. The pool is fantastic, all bills are paid including the internet and cable which are no extra charge. There are no caps on anything either, use anything as much as you want. The bathroom that will be shared is very clean and has a shower w. a bath in it and all of the other normal bathroom things. There also are washer, dryer, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, anything you need it has already-being fully furnished. It is spacious and has a spacious balcony as well, and did I mention its ASAP and that the room mates are fantastic? The only reason I am leaving is because I bought a house.
