Preferred room and roommate description

One bedroom will be $400 (11X13) and the other will be $450 (12X13), or rent out both for $600. This will include your part of the utilities.

You will have the extra bathroom and both rooms have big walk-in closets.

We are looking for a mature and responsible individual(s). If you do smoke, outside only please!! Someone that is clean, pick up your mess. We’re not prefect but our house is always picked up… Also, must have a job to take care of your rent. Your dog is welcome, but outside only please. Your dog MUST be fixed. We have 2 females that are not.

Would like to rent the room for at least 4 to 12 months.

Downtown Ft. Worth – 30 mins Burleson – 15 mins Joshua (in town) – 10 - 15 mins Cleburne – 20 mins Crowley - 15 mins

About Us: We are out by Burleson/Joshua/Godley. The house has a family room, living room, dinning room, and a large kitchen. I’m 22; my boyfriend is 26, and VERY RESPONSIBLE!! We have jobs and take care of all of our bills! Our jobs are normal 8 to 5 Monday thru Friday. We are country and very much laid back, non- smokers, and rarely drink. We are outside most of the time if the weather is nice, either working with the horses or on our place. We have big plans, but it’s taking us awhile to get there. So that means the outside in under construction.

We have an inside/outside cat and a small inside dog, 3 outside dogs, and 2 horses.
