About the apartment: 2 bedroom, 1 bath- however my room has it's own sink/vanity, so the sink and cabinets in the bathroom are all yours. Yours would be the the bigger bedroom with walk in closet, your furniture is welcome, though if you need one I have a barely used queen bed in storage that you are welcome to. Apartment has baseboard heating with separate thermostats for each room. Large living/dining area. Full kitchen, lots of closets/storage space. Front balcony. We are only 1.5 miles from CSU, 2 from FRCC.

About me: I am 21, just moved up here Denver to go school. I have a black lab named Jack. I enjoy yoga, and anything outdoors, and spending time with Jack. I'm pretty laid back and easy going. Not much of a partier.
About you: I am looking for someone who is simply respectful, I'll do the same. If you have a dog, AWEOME! I'm actually looking for someone who has a dog. Jack gets along great with all dogs. We don't have to have all the same interests, but it be great if you shared an interest in healthy living, dogs, etc.
Special request: So, last year I had a houseguest bring grapes over, which Jack, my dog got into, and it sent him into renal failure and he nearly died. As a result I am a bit hyper-vigilant about possible toxins in my apartment. So I request no grapes or raisins at home. Other than that, just being mindful about keeping counters clear, and doors closed. That's all.
