Preferred room and roommate description
I have a room for rent, my apart is a one and a half bedroom apartment, am only asking for $300 a monthly, the room is available from November 2nd to December 31st. all bills paid. free wireless internet , free comcast cable, 40" flat screen tv in the living room. dinning tables, office chair and desk, i prefer Ladies/ Single Mothers or Single Dad to ensure safety, cos i have had bad expirience with guys room mate that almost got me to prison. so is hard for me to trust guys room mates. i intend to live in the smaller bedroom and give out the bigger bedroom. i used to have a family here, but my partner is relocating to Dubai with her Son, so i know i will be bored, that is why i need someone to talk to.
