Preferred room and roommate description

Looking for a roommate to rent out a room in our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom condo in Forest Hill. Must be gay or gay friendly with good credit and a stable job. Plus, utilities are usually right around 100 dollars a month. This condo is in a gated community and includes in-house washer and dryer (no coins), small back yard, community center with workout room, large kitchen, living room and dining room. One of the roommates has a small dog and we are willing to allow another small dog with a 250.00 deposit. This would be a 5 month lease with a possibility of being longer. The room for rent is 13'x12' (including closet). You would be sharing a bathroom with one of the roommates. The Forest hill muni station is only a 10 minute walk away. This is for December 1st, first month and a 900.00 deposit.

A little about ourselves we are both gay males. One is late 20's and the other is early 40's. One works 8am to 5pm and the other works grave-yard 7:30pm to 7am Sun-Weds.
