I have a 3 Bedroom apartment, ..........BUT, 1st things 1st......
You must be Dog friendly, I have 2 MIni Pinchers,
the male is 10 lbs & the female is 8 lbs both love to play around.

(I will even give you a Desktop to use, if you don’t have your own P.C.).

7) I enjoy Cooking, so I cook for roommates, every now & then,
not 2 say I will cook for my roomies everyday, only 1 or 2 times a week,
if and when I feel like it not 2 bad, you get a P.C. & DINNER, for free, LoL.
THE ROOM AND THE RENT:.
The room is 12x14 with full size Bunk Beds, (not twin, FULL SIZE MUCH BIGGER) 2 or 3 People can share this Room.
The shared room, that is 1 or 2 people in the room, the rent is 125.00 EACH PERSON per week
The single room, that is 1 person in the room, with Queen size bed, the rent is 200.00 a week
LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION
I live on The Grand Concourse between 192st & 193st.
In the middle of 3 Universities: Fordham Uni, Lehman Uni & Monroe Uni,
Minutes away from the Bronx Zoo & The New Botanical Garden.
I live 1 block from the "D" train,....only 22 mins, to Columbus Circle *&* 59st.
I live 3 block from the "4" train,....only 20 mins, to 42st & Grand Central Station.
I live 5 block from the Metro North 10 mins, to city Only 2 stops Grand Central station 42st & Lexington.
I live half a block from the Express bus 40mins bus ride down Madison Ave great comfortable air condition bus ride.
I live 1 through 4 blocks from the 1,2,9,15,17,22,31,55 Buses at Fordham Plaza, where all buses meet.
HOSTING
I have been hosting Students doing Internships from all over the world,
