I have three rooms available in a house in North Fontana, Sierra Lakes. It is close to Costco, Home Depot, restaurants, the 210 fwy, Chaffey College is 10 minutes away.
Bedroom 1: Private room & Private full bathroom $600 + $600 deposit + utilities
This room is downstairs in it's own area of the house, right next to the front door. It is very spacious, lighted, and has a closet with a coat closet right outside.
Bedroom 2 & 3: Private Room & Shared Bathroom $500 + $500 deposit + utilities
These rooms are the same size and share a full bathroom with double sinks. Each room has a standard closet with plenty of room for a bed, dresser, desk, etc. There is a linen closet outside of one to store towels, blankets, and such.
There is a study room with built in cabinets for school/office things. Each person with have lots of room in it! There are many plugs to hook up computers.
Kitchen is large with cupboard space for everyone to store food and cookware. You are more than welcome to share mine, though it isn't necessary if you have your own. A fridge and microwave will be provided to use. The living room has a fireplace and will be furnished. We have a TV, but no cable unless we get the house house filled and everyone wants to chip in.
The backyard is minimal and will have concrete. It backs up to the golf course for a beautiful view of the green and the mountains!
There is a garage, but the space will be worked out with the landlords as far as storage or car space.
There are two rabbits in the backyard that will hardly come in. NO OTHER PETS, NO SMOKING, NO DRUGS. Drinking is fine, but we are not big on parties. They must be approved by everyone in the house. Common sense!
