Preferred room and roommate description
I own a small home in a safe, quiet, gated community in Folsom. Fairly new 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, home on a cul-de-sac. All of the important amentities. Parking in my driveway, maybe garage? Have a small, but beautiful backyard with a patio, garden, fountain, table, chairs, can sit,
relax, enjoy the quiet and the view.
I offer a small bedroom with closet and own full bath. It is furnished if needed, or I can take out.
I have WiFi, Direct TV with HBO, which can be in that room, phone jack in room, and some cat fur! I can take that out!
Yes, I have 2 cats, my furry children, so you must be an Animal Lover!! They are indoor only and
really sweet, loving, gentle, declawed, so no biting, hissing or stratching. They just will attack for
treats or catnip, which grows outside. I don't mind if you have another animal, but perfer it is small, either cat or dog.
I am fairy quiet, very CLEAN, tidy and live a healthy lifestyle. Enjoy cooking, a glass of wine, but
no smoking or drugs. I would appreciate someone who likes to cook and clean up after themselves. Who would share and pitch in at times with cleaning and food. I don't entertain much, but of course, not apposed to it in small quanities.
