It's an apartment, it has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is a living room, small dining area and kitchen with an electric range and also a dishwasher. There is a washer/dryer, but it's a little fickle. You would have one of the bedrooms with your own bathroom. Along with the apartment is a balcony about 20x5. I mainly use the the balcony for storage. The apartment complex is the Arbor's, it is located just west of Harkins Theaters at 1385 W. University Ave. It's on the 2nd floor.
Every apartment has one assigned covered parking stall. Currently, my roommate and I split using the stall as it is closer to the apartment and can be more convenient at times. If the stall is being used, there are other guest spaces available, I've never had an issue finding a parking spot.
Currently, rent is $500 and all other utilities would be split 50/50. Currently the utilities are with Unisource, APS, and Suddenlink. Unisource is roughly around $20-$30, depending on how much gas is used, APS around $80 and Suddenlink (cable and internet) also $80. With rent and the utilities combined, total expense could be between $575-$650 per tenant. Again, the price ultimately depends on how much you use. There is no security deposit.
My current roommate is moving in with his girlfriend so that's why I'm looking for another roommate. I work full time at NAU and am pretty quiet. I'm drug free and don't smoke. I do have a medium size pit-lab mix who about 8 years old and is pretty well behaved.
