I am a 25 year old theatre major/bio minor at NAU looking for a person to split rent with. I am a relatively clean person with cats that I take full responsibility for. I do not drink or do drugs, and I would prefer for my roommate to be the same. Smoking is not permitted on the grounds.
Rent includes utilities (gas, electric, and water), cable, and wireless internet.
The room (highlighted in picture) has a walk-in closet and it's own sink and vanity. We would share the shower and toilet area. Currently, the room is furnished like a den with a futon and desk. Both of which I am fully willing to sell if needed.
The complex is a 5 minute drive, 20 minutes walk away from NAU.
