Your own furnished room in a Battery Park City hi-rise, 24-hour doorman building on the Hudson River and view of the Statue of Liberty (lots of windows). Rent includes electric, heat and A/C (your own unit), and cleaning service twice a month. Costs for Internet ($25 mo.) and cable TV ($100 mo) are additional if desired. Sony 26" flat screen HD TV provided free. Costs for bathroom, kitchen and general cleaning supplies are additional and are split evenly. Fully furnished with full size bed (including bedding), double wardrobe, small closet with shelves, desk, and lighting. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. Please - no pets, no furniture (personal items OK), no sleepovers (family or otherwise), no parties during weekdays, no cooking after 10 PM on weekdays, and no loud noise or guests after 10 PM on weekdays. I am offering you a clean, quiet and safe environment for your stay in New York City and I expect you to be considerate of my furnishings and space at all times. You can be a smoker but you cannot smoke in the apartment. This is not a party house! If you are not capable of cleaning up after yourself, including the bathroom, kitchen and your own room, then please do not apply! This fun and lively neighborhood is packed with restaurants, bars, shopping, sightseeing, etc. and is convenient to subways and bus services. I am a quiet, hard-working female who spends a lot of time out of the apartment. When at home I am either in my own bedroom sleeping, reading or watching TV. The room will be available initially for 3 months beginning July 1. Non-refundable deposit of 1 month's rent is due 2 weeks prior to move in. Additional 2 months rental payment of $2400 is payable in full upon move in as well as $375 payment for 3 months of internet and cable if desired. Additional months stay is always negotiable.
