Room is fully furnished with twin bed (including bedding), closet, desk, TV, bed table and your own heat and A/C unit. Shared bathroom, kitchen and living area. Rules of the apartment: no pets, no furniture (personal items OK), no sleepovers (family or otherwise), no parties, no noise or guests after 10 PM on weekdays and Sundays and 12 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. I am offering you a clean, quiet and safe environment for your stay in New York City. The neighborhood is packed with restaurants, bars, food shopping, clothing shopping, sightseeing, etc. Convenient to subway and bus services. I am a quiet, hard-working female. I spend most of my time when at home in my own bedroom. I have lived in Battery Park City since the late '80s and I have been short-term renting for years. You will not be disappointed!
