There is also a large movie theater, several fitness facilities and a great Community Center with an awesome gym, pool, climbing wall, free track and more.
Rent in the amount of $475.00 (plus a rental security/ damage deposit of $725.00) includes use of the kitchen, laundry, dining and living room areas, use of the large balcony (all of which are on the main level) wireless internet access and cable TV.
There is a half BA on the main level which is for guest use, so they do not use the ones designated for the home’s residents.
I have 2 small, caged parakeets and prefer no additional pets. Also, the residence is smoke - free.
Currently, I have 2F roommates. The available BR is on the main level. One F also rents a BR on main floor and the full BA on main level would be shared with her.
The available BR has a large, dual- sliding mirrored door closet, separate patio access to the large balcony and private access door to the BA.
The second F roommate has a BR on lower level. My room is also on lower and we share the full BA on that level.
We are all in the 40+ age range, laid back, considerate and respectful of each other's space/ property.
