In need of a fun clean roommate 1/1/10

Preferred room and roommate description
My roommate is moving out at the end of Nov. and I am looking for a roommate to move in the beg of January.I would like a roommate who is clean and that cleans up after themselves. I have a flexible schedule with work so I am usually in and out but home mostly every night. I do have a boyfriend who likes to stay over once a week and over during the week. I would not mind at all if you have company. Rent will be around $400 a month, which includes utilities and cable/internet (secruity depost of a months rent and lease signing). You do have your own parking space, but it is outside and not to far to walk to due to me being in the back of a four door condo building. Being in the back is nice, I have my own privacy. Condo is furniture just not your bedroom but does have a closet and two windows. The condo is 920 sq feet/.8 acres. There is a total of two bedrooms and one bath. There is a large family room area which connects with the dinning area. There is no dishwasher, but all other appliances are there. Any questions or offers please email me. Thank you very much:)
