Preferred room and roommate description
Let me start by saying I don't actually have a place yet. I'm looking to move before the first of the year. My goal here is to meet someone I could possibly get to know before we decided to live together. I was hoping to be able to apartment shop with someone, so that we are both in a location that we love and meets both our needs. I'm looking for someone who can afford at least 550 on their half of the rent, that doesn't include utilities. There are several different properties I had in mind. Located outside the beltway between I-10 and 290. Although I am willing to go out a bit farther on both sides. I have a full time job, and i'm a student. I'm not the type to throw parties or invite a bunch of people over. I do like to do a little something for the holidays, but rest assured that I wouldn't do something like that without consulting my roommate first. I'm clean and I pick up after myself, and am very respectful of others belongings. I don't have any pets, but I don't mind if you have a small dog. It would be your responsibility to pay the pet fees though.
