I have a two bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse. I live here with a cat. So you have to like cats. I work about an hour from here and am not here much during the week although I tend to stick fairly close to home on the weekends.
I am looking for a drama free room mate. Age, gender, orientation unimportant. Clean, tidy, no smoking, no drinking important.
I do not own a television and therefore do not have cable. If you want TV and cable you will have to provide them for yourself.
I'm pretty easy going. I get up early and go to bed as early as possible but often that is not very early. There is a Bally's gym within a five minute walk from here and also there is a bayou behind that is great for walks.
Please no dogs.
