Preferred room and roommate description
This is a 2 bedroom second floor condo that I bought a few months ago. It is currently fully furnished but I have a storage unit if you have your own belongings you would like to add. Full kitchen, bathroom, dining room, fireplace. I work about 60 hours a week and am rarely home so it would be nice to have someone to split the bills with and make use of the place. I like to keep the place clean but am not a stickler about it. I am quiet during the weekdays and dont usually get home from work until 8pm, but I do like to go out and have people over on weekends.
