Preferred room and roommate description
Hello, I'm looking for a roommate to share a two bedroom, two bath luxury condo located in the highly desirable part of Emeryville. My roommate just bought a house, so I’m looking for someone to move into his bedroom. The bedroom is spacious, bright, and very private. It has a great view of the Golden Gate and Bay Bridge, and also a direct view of the pool. The room has a heater/cooler independent of other rooms. The bedroom will be ready for move in December 1st.
The condo was fully remodeled about 6 months ago with new hardwood floors, paint, appliances, upgraded bathrooms, etc, so it is in excellent condition. The unit is quiet due to great insulation and peaceful neighbors. I absolutely love living here. The complex is across the street from a movie theater, Borders bookstore, and the Emeryville Public Market. It is also walking distance from Bay Street Mall and Trader Joes.

About me: I am a 25 year old, engineer with a job that requires me to travel from time to time. I’m usually on the road 10 days a month. I moved from Michigan 1 year ago and have really enjoyed my time in the Bay Area so far. I like to stay active by playing basketball and running. I want the apartment to be a friendly and inviting place to unwind in or have friends visit.
