Our place is part of a well designed four unit building in a quiet neighborhood in North Oakland. This is a very clean, spacious and well tended home. The flat has a large eat in kitchen, tiled bathroom, furnished living room and two well lit bedrooms. It is a craftsman style, with hard wood floors, granite counter tops, gas stove and washer dryer. We have a beautiful small garden along the side with raised beds for growing food, two fruit trees, an outdoor gazebo, and bike parking in the back.

We are very close to Ashby and MaCarthur Bart station and are located along a bike blvd so transportation is available. Our flat is very close to the Temescal neighborhood where there are lively cafe's, restaurants, interesting stores and parks. We are also on the border of Oakland and Berkeley so we are in close proximity to downtown Berkeley.

About Me: I am a twenty eight year old man, working in the East Bay in the area of Community Arts, Ecology and Urban Agriculture. I enjoy gardening, playing music, biking up to the Berkeley hills, and attending cultural arts events.

About You: I am looking for someone who honors home as a refuge, is clear and honest in communication, and who enjoys cleanliness around the home. Ideally someone who is active outside of the home as well as enjoying the space.
