I am a single male who is looking to rent out a room with private bathroom in my house. I am asking $500 plus utilities or $600 which includes utilities, I am willing to be flexible on this with the right person. The room is fully furinshed right now, but I can remove the stuff if needed. It has a 27" TV with cable allready installed. There is high speed internet access also. There is storage availible in the two car garage. Parking will be in the driveway. The house is in a vary nice area and is kept clean. I am a smoker and do have one vary friendly German Sheppard dog. Looking for a roommate who is clean and can pay rent on time. I could care less about your credit rating just that you pay your rent and keep the shared area's of the house clean. Especially the kitchen area. What you do in your room is your business
