Preferred room and roommate description
In addition to being extremely spacious (12x13 ft. NOT including the closet), the room also has a nice size closet, with mirrored closet doors, as well as a built in desk and shelves. Utilities are usually $125 a month for everything: Gardening and pool service, water, cable, gas/electric, and wireless high speed internet.
The house has 5 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, and we have a large range of ages (21-32). The deposit would be equal to one month's rent (so $600 per room), and rent is simply month to month starting whenever you move in as we are very flexible. :)
We are looking for CLEAN and considerate people to live and hangout with in this awesome house. None of us smoke (anything), we don't have pets (and are not looking to get any) and are not party animals. We are more into sports, cooking, playing games, dancing, movies, random activities and hanging out in general. We are hoping that we can find a like minded and fun person to live with us (sorry, although the room is large, we are only looking for ONE person per room to move in).
The house is amazing by any standard, it's on over an acre of land, with a large sports field, a huge pool and tons of fruit trees; The house is over 4,000 sq. ft large; it has a giant kitchen with an island and granite counter tops, a huge bonus room (We've already furnished the place with leather couches, a Foosball table, a 46in TV). Plus a humongous Living, Dining and Family room. The neighborhood is great, there is a circle driveway and parking is never a problem. There is a washer/dryer, TWO huge fridges, and an extra bathroom next to the kitchen. The house is in Granite Hills (Greenfield exit off the 8Frwy).
