THE CONDO: Renter will have private bedroom with large closet, already decorated private bathroom (however, when guests are over it becomes a guest bathroom), high speed internet, cable TV, and complete access to kitchen/living area. There is a laundry facility in the complex but not in the condo itself. ME: I am an 18 year old female college student. I'm easy to get along with and am looking for a roommate I can have a friendship with as well. I have a small dog (mini schnauzer) named Ruby. She's sweet and pretty much stays out of the way.
