Preferred room and roommate description
the bedroom is 11x8, closet and 1 window which overlooks a ravine, clean and cozy. apartment is furnished but bedroom is unfurnished, however if you are in need of bed/furniture i can help with this. very aesthetic atmosphere, calm and quite location, back side of building away from parking lot, no neighbors below and others are quite too.
i have a my 2 year old daughter occationally, currently she lives with my parents an hour away. she loves it there and mommy has needed a break both peronally and financially. she may visit occational weekends but i usually drive there for the weekend. she is a sweet girl and very loving/fun to be around.
otherwise it is single me, no friends really that come over and i am at work 9 hours a day, busy life. so apartment is available to you for your own private time too.
