Preferred room and roommate description

I am looking for a roommate to use my 2nd bedroom and split the rent & utilities with. Utilities are not included in the rent. I just moved in so if you have nice furniture, that is a plus. I am looking for someone who is open-minded, likes to go out to bars/clubs/dinner and is a professional. Someone who is VERY reliable and never late on rent payments. I would like the rent money up front if possible, utilities we can pay as we get the bills. I am asking $400 a month plus splitting the cost of utilities. I would like someone who could possibly turn into a going out buddy as well, but since I work every day pretty much, I won't be home too often except for at night. There is only one reserved parking spot but there is visitor parking/street parking around. I am a 22 year old Leasing Consultant and I love going out downtown and getting dinner/drinks/dancing, and seeing live bands. If you're interested, please contact me ASAP.
