Its just a beautiful house and once you see it you will want to live here! 3 stories, 3 bedrooms, 2 full/ 2 half baths, fireplace, spacious eat-in kitchen, huge 2nd flr deck, garage and driveway, upscale community opposite Ft. Meade. I am looking for respectful, sane, stable and fun loving individuals(male or female) to room with. Two bedrooms available. Only utility is electric which will be shared. Your room is yours to furnish as you please, but household furniture will be decided on a piece by piece basis. The house is sparsely furnish and more furniture will be needed…I just don’t want clutter. Smoking is fine on the deck and the garage, but the house should never smell like a bar. I like a clean smelling environment even though I too smoke. Crazy parties are a big no, no! But gatherings are fine. Overnight guest are fine as long as they don’t outstay their welcome….i.e. “overnight”, and they are respectful to the house and its occupants. I have an awesome female roommate whose is moving out west at the end if November, but there is an empty 3rd bedroom if you need to move in sooner.
