I am looking for a roommate that can move in as soon as possible. I am looking to move out and be closer to UWM. If we move in by the end of this month, we will get October's rent free and pay absolutely no security deposit! =D

The apartment is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. The rent split 3 ways is $450 a month. This includes water/refrigerator/microwave/gas stove/off-street parking/deck and free washer and dryer access in the basement. Carpet throughout is brand new along with the kitchen tile. All windows and doors have recently been replaced. Huge bedrooms all with big closets. Some furniture included - dining room table, coffee table in living room, entertainment center, couch, rugs and a twin bed if needed. There is a skylight in the living room and cable access in every room.

I am starting classes at UWM next semester and I'm easy to get along with. I also have an adorable Pug/Shitzu named Cheeto who will be living with us as well. =] If you have any questions about the apartment or myself, please feel free to email me or call me.
