Very close to Brown University, and close to park and bus stop with convenient service to RISD. Whole Foods and Eastside Market in walking distance. Parking is an extra 20 per month. Very clean coin washer and dryer available on site. The apartment has a sweet grassy area in back with chairs that is nice for studying when the sun is out.
