Preferred room and roommate description
Hey future roomie... I have one of two rooms for rent in my home. one is 12ft x 10ft, it is furnished with a chest of drawers, a dresser, queen size bed and a side table, and has the Dish Network hook-up. The other room is mine which is 12ft x 12ft. I do not mind switching rooms if you need more space. My current bedroom does not have Dish set-up. Either room you choose, does not have to keep the furniture that is provided. I have a large garage that I can store it, or if you wish, you can store your belongings... totally up to you. I am a gay male. I do not care if my future roommate is Male/female, gay or straight. All I care about is that you have a job and can pay rent on the first! I am very easy to get along with, very laid back. I mostly work nights, and sleep the biggest part of the day. I have a covered patio out back, which is where I smoke. I do not smoke in the house, and my future roommate should not either. I have photos posted, if you have any questions, please feel free to text, call or e-mail me.
