Durham Roommates & Rooms for rent Durham

I have a room available with private bath for rent. The town house is located near North Gate Mall & Durham Regional close to Duke. I just finished grad school and I am studying for a certification test. I plan to return to school at the end of the year for some additional certification courses in my new field of work. Until then I'm doing everything under the sun to entertain myself...so it might seem like I'm always going. Just trying to enjoy my spring and summer to the fullest while studying for this major test. Personality wise I'm a little quiet at first until I get know you. I'm not a clean freak but I keep the common areas clean. I'm past the partying stage but I like to hang out with friends at wine tastings, plays, restaurants and other fun activities in the city. I would like to share the space with someone that's relaxed, friendly and courteous. The room & bathroom are available now and I really hope to have it filled by May/June. Hope to talk to you soon.
