    Preferred room and roommate description

    Nice large private suite in a very nice safe, and well established neighborhood in Duluth, Ga, (just across the street from Bunten Rd. Park) for the right person. Large deck(s) to enjoy bbq and grilling. Access to neighborhood pool and tennis. Plenty of closet space, one is a large walk-in. Large bath and bed room suite, almost as spacious as the main master br. I also have a smaller br / ba private suite that I would consider subletting to the right person.. Nice, large kitchen with modern appliances. Large laundry room, too! Driveway parking. This suite and accommodations are well worth $500 with a stipend of $25 per month for regular housecleaning service. Utilities are included in the rent . The larger suite should be available sometime in May after my current guest moves out and then I will do some painting and maybe a new floor will also be installed in the bath.
