I have a furnished room for rent in my house. Available Dec 3rd. I am looking for someone who is employed, responsible and respectful. I prefer a female roommate but may consider a male. I am looking for ONE roommate only. Rent includes all utilities, cable, access to wireless internet and use of W/D. The room for rent is on the second floor with own bathroom. Home is equipped with a security system. Parking is available in the driveway. Security deposit is equal to 1 month's rent. Must provide proof of employment. Current pictures do not show room fully furnished but I wanted to get some up to show the size of the room. Thanks!
