I have a 7 year old daughter that will reside in the home, as well as one male cat and male puppy. I am 25 min from MacDill AFB by the cross town and 7 min to Brandon Mall. The house is in a nice area, where mostly Police Officers live in the neighborhood. It is a very quite neighborhood. First and last month rent is required upon movie in.
