House: old Victorian; wood floors; big windows, parking, large yard with garden
Location: 3 blocks away from the lake; cool neighbors; up the street from Lake shore shopping; and Bart
Room: Large space; separate door; small walk in closet; carpet floors
I am looking for a professional and or student that can afford to pay rent on time. I lived in this apartment for 4 years so I know the area and neighbors pretty well. I have a small dog that doesn’t shed that is super sweet, and rarely barks. I am a college student so I looking for a respectful quite person that is very busy as well.
Deposit is cheap because the carpet is cheap. $300 for the deposit + first and last month rent of $700
