It is a two bedroom apartment and there is one bedroom available for you.
About your room:
There is a queen size bed (if you don't need it that's fine). Cable tv outlet, closet, window, shared bathroom.
About me:
I'm an easy going professional. I am clean, quiet, get up 6am, go to bed 10pm - 12am, and employed full time. I never have overnight guests. I have a cat. I enjoy relaxing at home, tv, music, and computers. I am 40, but my friends are much younger than me.
About you:
Looking for a room mate, to share the apartment, stable, 18-40 is preferred. Male or female (though I have typically had male roommates). I don't mind if you have a cat.
Rent:
Your half is $400. With utilities (gas, electric, cable) consider it $500 a month flat.
