I have two bedrooms for rent. One is smaller and the other is bigger.Utilities will be split among the household. Utilities will include Cable,Internet,Electric.
Smaller Bedroom : $525-575+ Utilities
Bigger Bedroom: :$650-700+ Utilities
Each bedroom has high vaulted ceilings. Bathroom will be shared.Total square feet of the townhome is around 2,000 square feet the bedrooms are quite big. Brand new tile and lighting is currently being installed.Personal Washer and Dryer.
Me and My younger sister will be occupying the Residence. She is a student at Cal State Long Beach and I work full time.We are of Asian background.Looking for responsible outgoing females to rent to. Not a party house but not a Church either. Very open minded and respectable.
