Hello, I have a room available for rent. The room is very spacious and the house is located in a very nice neighborhood. The monthly rent is $450.00 dollars, which includes water, electric, and gas. The room is also cable and internet ready. The cable fee is five dollars a month. The house is equipped with a washer, dryer, and a microwave. There is storage space in my garage, if needed. My house is in the Northern part of Dover, which is very close to the Dover Mall, Route One, and Route 13. Dover Air Force Base is about twenty to twenty-five minutes from my house. I don't mind smokers as long as you smoke outside of the house and I don't mind guests as long as it doesn't occur on a regular basis. I am very easy to get along with as long as you pay your rent and respect my house.
