The house is in a nice neighborhood - not in a subdivision, about 8 minutes from West GA college.
The house is located 15 minutes from Carrollton Square.
There is ample parking.
There are two rooms for rent,
so the first one to rent gets first choice.
Rent will be $300 a month ( due on the 21st of each month )
You can rent as long as you like, but I would like a months notice before you leave so I can arrange another renter.
There is a $300 dollar deposit payable before moving in.
The electric bill usually runs about $65 a month.
Gas last month was about $85, in the summer it was about $20. Water always runs about $25
Utilities will be split 50/50 - if there is another renter, 33/33/33%
Both rooms are unfurnished.
One room is carpeted and has a fireplace and a large window.
The dimensions are 25' X 11' ( 275 SqFt )
The other room has hardwood floor and is
14' X 11" ( 154 SqFt )
There is a washer and dryer that is available for use.
The bathrooms are upstairs. The master bathroom is for me and my son's personal use.
The kitchen is large and has a microwave, convection oven, electronic oven and range.
There is also a nice dishwasher.
The house has a large outdoor deck and a nice yard.
High speed internet is installed, there is no cable TV
If you want cable, we can discuss splitting the cost.
I am a divorced man, 49 years old with 2 children.
My son is 18 and is in college, my daughter is 10.
You are welcome to come out and see the rooms if you like. If you decide to look at them, we can schedule a time for you to do so.
