Preferred room and roommate description
I am a mature but humorous female. Looking for a roommate ( gay male , straight male or straight female) to share apt ( 7rms) $475 plus utilities. I have 2 cats who just sleep and run after each other., don't meow much. I work in childcare and home health care. The landlords live on 1st fl we're on 3rd. I would prefer non-drinker and non-smoker. someone definately employed or with a steady income or a student who pays their bills on time.
I am very laid back, fun to be around but also quiet when need be. I have been here 15yrs and it is a very comfortable (homey) place.. It is located in Uphams Corner, Dorchester, on 4 bus lines and walk to JFK or Savin Hill redlines..
