Preferred room and roommate description
Looking for one roommate, between 21 and 36 for one bedroom in 3 bedroom/1bath apartment.
We will be 3, at most, sharing at any given time.
Option 1: For a longer term (6-months and above), rent will be $650/month. First and $650 security required.
Option 2: Shorter month-to-month stay for a rent of $675/month. First and $675 security deposit.
Utilities are not included (gas/heat, electricity and internet) but can be for a flat monthly $75. Cheaper if you opt out of internet and/or the bills are kept low.
I'm a female with a male roommate who is moving out soon. Clean, friendly and respectful.

- 30 minute commute to Boston by train (this includes walking 15 minutes to the train).
- Fields Corner and Shawmut station are 15 minutes walk from the apartment.
