I have a nice furnished all inclusive room for rent available immediately. My location is I-85 & Shallowford Rd with the Marta #33 Briarcliff bus at my door which takes you to the Chamblee or Linburgh train stations. All inclusive is light, gas, heat, W/D, high speed internet, separate fridge, use of common areas, use of full kitchen, large back deck, and parking. (anything else just ask) It is a two person mixed gender houshold and we are clean and you must also clean behind yourself. Your bath will be shared with one other person, I have my own. There are no children or pets. Terms are no deposit needed, rent can be week to week, bi month, or monthly. $125 per week, $250 bi month or $500 per month covers it all for the furnished room.
