Preferred room and roommate description

I keep to my own business, and expect my potential roommate to do the same. I won't get into yours, so please don't get into mine. I am a laid back person, and I'm okay with just about anything (as long as it's not extremely unlawful). I currently work part to full time, and I'm in a Master's program full-time. Hence, I spend time on that when not at work.

I live quietly on most days, but the future place need not be a library or anything. I prefer the place to be clean, but not OCD clean. I'm not Mr. Clean here myself, but I won't let plates pile up in my room for days either. Wooden floors would be nice, but not a necessity. I seek a roommate with a positive attitude under most circumstances, instead of thriving on the negative. I consider myself to be positive on the worse of days, and situations.
