Preferred room and roommate description
The room is10x14 with ample closet space and has hardwood floors, as well as a built-in desk. Our house is 1450 square feet with large rooms and hardwood flooring throughout. The Kitchen, the Bathroom and the Living Room are very comfortable and welcoming. The Bathroom has a separate shower and tub. Our house is equipped with a full size washer and dryer in the garage and a covered back patio with a BBQ grill. About us, we are a stable male couple. Ken is studying for his architectural exams; Jim is a property manager for a downtown high-rise. Down to earth, we like to sit on the porch have a glass of wine and talk with the students on the block. While we love the four legged friends, please no pets, and not 420 friendly.
