Preferred room and roommate description
Available now is a room for rent in an awesome 3 bdrm house a few blocks from SDSU. It is spacious, clean, and full of amenities. The kitchen has a glass top stove/oven, with a stainless fridge and dishwasher.
We have wireless internet, full cable, a backyard with a grill and patio, a two car garage, and plenty of storage space. The room comes furnished with a full sized bed and a dresser. It is the middle sized room with a large closet and cable hook-up also. We are looking for someone who is clean, courteous, easy-goin', and responsible. Utilities are around $75/mo. and I need a deposit of $500 prior to moving in.
