    Preferred room and roommate description

    Large furnished room in single family home with very private pool, tiki hut ,Wi-Fi, W/D etc I'm a retired gentleman looking to rent this room if I find the right person. In the past I've rented to female friends of my daughter, grad FAU in 2007. My latest roomie was here for six months, met a fellow on a dating site, fell in love and moved into his place. My previous roomie graduated from Ocean Engineering at FAU2008. She moved out to go down to the Keys and work Dive Charters .Now she is surfing in Hawaii. I am NOT interested in anything except rent, calm, perhaps conversation. 'm looking for a female student or post graduate who has her life under control, no drama, no drugs, no parties. I travel occasionally, it's important to have someone I can trust the house with. I don't NEED to rent this room, and the price is very reasonable for the location. Location is in The Cove just west of the intercoastal about .3/4 mi. from the beach. One can easily live here with a bike for near in transportation and bus, tri rail for the rest Contact me if you qualify. References, security,character/ background check.
